Please provide your name, contact details and a brief description of the reason for the appointment. Please do not send detailed medical records or urgent clinical information through the website contact form, email or WhatsApp unless requested by the practice.

Referrals and Medical Aid

The practice does not always require a referral from another doctor. Your medical aid may require a referral for reimbursement or authorisation purposes. Please confirm requirements directly with your medical aid.

Please bring proof of identification, your medical aid card, relevant X-rays, imaging reports, referral letters and any documents requested by the practice.

Medical Emergencies

The practice website, email and WhatsApp channels are not for emergencies.

If you need urgent medical attention, please contact emergency services, your nearest emergency unit, or an appropriate healthcare provider immediately.

Before Surgery

Before surgery, the practice and hospital may require informed consent forms, hospital authorisation, hospital pre-admission documents, anaesthesia documentation, and any other pre-operative forms or checks required for your procedure.

Please follow the specific instructions supplied by the practice and hospital.

Billing and Account Enquiries

Consultation fees, procedure fees, medical aid authorisations, co-payments and reimbursements remain subject to medical aid rules, authorisations and the practice’s latest billing policy.

Confidentiality

Patient information is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable law, healthcare obligations and professional standards.

Information may be shared with other healthcare providers, hospitals, administrators, medical schemes or service providers where necessary and lawful for treatment, administration, billing, referral, record keeping or legal compliance.
